Artwork Proofing

For more complicated designs we will require you to approve artwork. This is your confirmation of the design / layout of print before production starts.

Once artwork is approved production of your order will begin and there is ‘no turning back’. As long as the finished goods match the approved artwork then you have no grounds to quibble if you subsequently decide that you would have preferred something else. Please remember that promotional merchandise items are produced specifically for you and therefore cannot be changed or returned once production starts.
