Meet The Team

Theresa

Theresa has worked at Viking Direct since June 2002, firstly in the Warehouse as a Shift Manager ensuring customers orders were processed correctly. Then she joined the Contact Centre as a Team Manager in June 2002, leading various teams in Customer Services including the Imprints department in August 2007.

She worked with Viking Direct for just over 4 years first started working within an Order Entry and Customer Service role before moving onto the Viking Premier Department and later joining the Imprints Department in January 2007.    

Emma B

Emma has worked for Viking Direct for 8 years. She started as an Order Entry clerk, and then moved to Customer Services. In the last 5 years she has had a variety of Support roles in Collections, Furniture and in January 2007 she joined Imprints when the department relocated to Manchester.

Emma M

Emma started working at Viking Direct in October 2002 and has been in Order Entry, Customer Services, the Premier Department, and Furniture before joining Imprints in January 2007.

Michelle

Michelle joined Viking in 2001 where she worked in Order Entry and Customer services. She has also worked in the Business Service Division and Direct Delivery.

Kelly

Kelly has been working for Viking Direct for 6 years. She started as an Order Entry clerk then got involved in the Customer Service department and other departments within the business. She has been working in the Imprints Dept for a year now and really enjoys it!

Scott

Scott has been with Viking for 8 years, initially working in Customer Services and Direct Delivery before moving over to the Viking Imprints team in January 2007.

Kevin

Kevin started in January 2000 as an Order Entry Clerk. He has then since moved onto Customer Services and the Premier Department and has worked in the Imprints department since March 2007

Kim

Kim has worked for Viking Direct since February 2003, starting on Order Entry then onto Customer Service. She progressed to the Business Service division before moving into the Direct Delivery Support department before joining the Imprints Team in January 2007.

Lesley

Lesley joined Viking in June 2001 initially working in Order Entry then onto Customer Services. In March 2006 she provided cover on Direct Delivery, Tracing and Collections before joining the Imprints team in March 2007.

Joanne

Joanne has worked for Viking Direct since November 2004 in Order Entry and Customer Services. In February 2005 she joined the Fax & Mail team until January 2007 when she joined the Imprints team.
