Q. Can you print on something I can’t find on your website/catalogue?

A. Yes can source additional products not shown on the website/catalogue please call the imprints team on 0844 4120933

Q. Can I fax or post my artwork to you?

A. Unfortunately no, we require original artwork in a high resolution ideally in EPS format or jpeg for some products. If you do not have artwork in this format we can create / recreate from fax or post but there will be a charge for this service.

Q. How long will my order take to be delivered?

A. Delivery will vary by product, but all times quoted are from approval of artwork, most products are usually up to 10 working days from proof approval but for exact details check the leadtime show on each product.  If you need products in a hurry check out our 48hr express range.
